American cheese is processed cheese made from a blend of milk, milk fats and solids, with other fats and whey protein concentrates. It can be orange, yellow, or white in color, is mild, salty, and faintly sweet in flavor, has a medium-firm consistency, and has a very low melting point. We offer our American Cheese deli sliced.
