Dried Sausage (Hot, Wine & Garlic)
Dry Sausage is a cured sausage which is seasoned and then air dried. Dried sausage is not a cooked product but dried until it reaches about 75% of its stuffed weight over a period of several months. It will keep for years and is generally eaten at room temperature. Our shop makes two types of this in-house dried specialty - (Hot, Wine & Garlic).
