From Prettau, Predoi to Capo Spartivento, Calabria, Italian Meats run the gamut of flavors and textures. Most cured meats that we enjoy in America are based on original Italian recipes. While our shop is limited in its capacity to produce everything we like, our wish list would include Bresaola, Cotechino, Culatello, and Cotechino among others. Fortunately during different holiday seasons we do carry some of these items on a very limited basis. Another good reason to join or mailing list and be first to know when available.
