Lamb Leg
Given the infrequency with which many of us tackle this wonderful piece of meat, when served at your table it's a straight-up show-stopper. It’s one of those things where it’s not the most common dinner table meat, but it's really no different than beef in how you treat it - the flavor is just different. Our Lamb Leg is USDA Grade "Choice" or better and is first selected for quality then hand prepared in house. It is available either boneless or bone-in depending on your recipe.
