Porketta is seasoned with garlic, rosemary, fennel, or other herbs. We sell several varieties of Porketta - Roasts (uncooked) for the do-at-homers, Pattie, or Deli Sliced (our most popular). Porketta is made fresh each day in our store using the best pork available. Our deli also makes fresh Porketta Sandwiches daily.
